Dodging is making it lighter, burning is making it darker. Also set the “Range” depending on the brightness of your skin. “Shadows” is for dark skins, “Highlights” is for really light ones, and obviously, “Midtones” is for general/middle shade colors. I used midtones for this skin. For my Clone Trooper skin, I used “Highlights” since it’s light.
