Then, what does it mean if your a quiet person?
Quiet people are either anxious or rude:Shyness/Social Anxiety (you want to join the conversation but you fear making yourself a social outcast by saying something stupid) Intimidation (you're intimidated by the people around you, and shrink back because you don't feel worthy)
Also, is being quiet rude? Being Told "You're Too Quiet" Is Insensitive and RudeFor an introvert, constantly being told that "you're quiet" is a lot like telling an extrovert that they "never shut up." It's unnecessarily rude and comes with the implication that there is something wrong with the individual.
Just so, why Being quiet is good?
We know ourselves well. Those of us who talk less out loud have a tendency to talk more with ourselves internally. This builds a healthy friendship with ourselves. It's easy for anybody to lose themselves when they're constantly surrounded by other people. Being quiet helps you listen to your own inner voice.
Can introvert be talkative?
Like any introvert, talkative ones still tend to lose energy being in social settings for extended periods of time. Talkative introverts probably identify best with a wind up toy. The right things will get them excited and social, but by definition they are still introverts. Social interaction is draining.
