Oftentimes, we are so exhausted in season that we have the tendency to rely on a run-of-the-mill training routine. We swim anywhere from two to four hours a day and then crash as soon as we get home at night.

The pools are less crowded – Now that the summer heat waves have come and gone, so have most of the recreational swimmers. The nice thing about swimming in the fall season is that you can avoid the crowded lanes and bystanders on the pool deck.
