Writing Notes: Document Presentation

1. Always provide page numbers.
2. Use numbered section headings.
3. Number all your examples, tables and figures.
4. For long documents (say, more than 20 pages), having a table of contents can help a lot.

1. Click Start a post.
2. Click the Document icon.
3. Click Choose file to select a document from your computer.
4. Select the file that you want to upload (choose one).
5. Add a title to your document.
6. Add a description to the post. You can use hashtags or @ mention someone.
7. Click Post.

1. Click on the pencil edit icon in the top right corner of the “About” (summary) section.
2. Scroll down to the “Media” section and click “Upload”
3. Select your resume file.
4. Add a title and description and click “Apply”
5. Click “Save” to return to your profile.

1. Select the file or folder you want to stop sharing.
2. Select Information.
3. On the Details pane, under the Has Access header, you'll see the People icon, the Links icon, and/or the Email icon.
4. To remove a sharing link, click the X next to the link to remove it.

1. Tap the slide that you want to send.
2. On the command bar, tap Share.
3. Choose Picture (to send a picture of the slide) or Presentation (to send a one-slide . pptx file).
4. Choose the app that you want to send the picture with.

1. Log in to SlideShare.
2. Click Upload from the top right of the homepage.
3. Click Select files to upload.
4. Select the files you wish to upload.
5. Add Title, Tags, Category, and Description.
6. Set a privacy setting.
7. Click Publish.
