How do I set up Westpac app?

1. Registration. Some banks require the customer to register for mobile banking by filling up a registration form and submitting an identity proof with the form to a bank branch.
2. Mobile banking app.

1. Head to 'set up Digital Banking (opens in a new window)' and let us know if you are a Personal, Business or Credit card customer.
2. Enter your personal details.
3. We'll show you your customer number on screen (you're making good progress at this point).
4. We'll then send you an activation code.

1. Quick Balance - tap Quick Balance to see the available balance of up to 3 accounts.
2. Quick Transfer - tap and hold to transfer between accounts.
3. All Transactions - tap the balance and sign in to see transactions (new Westpac App only)

To start to share an account:

1. Sign-in to Online banking.
2. From Services & preferences click on Services.
3. In the Account services section of the screen click on Share my account access.

2. Tap 'Cardless Cash'
3. Sign into Cardless Cash with your Westpac Online banking credentials.
4. Complete the one-time set up and Secure Code SMS authentication.
5. Once set up, choose an eligible transaction account to withdraw money from, the amount and press 'Go'
