How do I find my Skype Business Server address?

1. To find Skype for Business, click the Windows start button and start typing “Skype for Business“.
2. Enter the Sign-In address.
3. This next screen will ask you for a password.
4. From the Pick an account screen, please select the option that lists your Minnstate.edu credentials.

3. Review the terms of service and the Skype Privacy Statement, then click Continue.

4. Choose which users you want to edit.
5. In the right panel, choose Edit.

4. You'll be asked to either enter a phone number or an alternate email associated with your Microsoft account.

2. Delete any sign-in information.
3. Exit Skype for Business.
4. Navigate to Users > [Your Username] > AppData > Local > Microsoft > Office > 15.0 > Lync.
5. Delete the sip_profileName folder.
6. Delete all files in Tracing folder.
