SOLVED: Post Office will NOT accept them, however Thomas Cook travel agents (with a foreign exchange teller inside) WILL. They will only accept 1 EURO and 2 EURO coins, nothing lower. Note they also only take EURO coins, no other foreign currency coins. Hope this is of help.
