Keeping this in consideration, how strict is ACL bag policy?
In light of security, ACL has a strict bag policy. People are only allowed to bring small purses, totes and drawstring bags. Those bags may not exceed 14 inches by 11 inches by 5 inches in size. Bags with multiple pockets will not be allowed at the festival.
Also Know, can you bring food into ACL? ACL offers festival foods, drinks and sweets from Austin's favorite restaurants — but remember outside food and beverages of any kind, including alcohol, as well as glass containers and coolers, are not allowed. Empty reusable aluminum or plastic water bottles are permitted.
Accordingly, can I wear a fanny pack to ACL?
ALL bags will be searched before entry. Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 4.5" x 5.5" or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket. Bags will be restricted to small purses, totes and drawstring bags only. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited.
Can you bring CamelBak to ACL?
Hydration is important, and ACL allows festival goers to bring their own reusable water bottles and hydration packs, but they must be empty and water bottles should be plastic or aluminum. CamelBak larger than 36 oz cannot be brought in either.
